Order Fulfillment

Orders placed through Contrast Film Supply may be fulfilled in one of the following ways:

• Direct shipment from a U.S.-based supplier or authorized partner

• Shipment from a third-party distributor or fulfillment center

• Local delivery or special arrangement for bulk or production-specific orders

Some products may ship directly from partner suppliers, including major authorized retailers and manufacturers. This allows us to offer competitive pricing, faster delivery, and access to a wide range of professional equipment.

Processing Times

• In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days

• Special orders, bulk orders, or custom-sourced items may require additional processing time

• Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at the time of quote or order confirmation

Shipping Rates

Shipping Address & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout or during invoicing. Contrast Film Supply is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment from the supplier or fulfillment partner.
